Dr. Rais has been a driving force in championing independently formulated, data-driven public policy, and was responsible for the first election manifesto to ever trigger a change of government in Malaysia.

He has over two decades of experience in leadership roles with multinational corporations and is a serial technopreneur.

He has worked with the ICT Advisory Panel of Perak, the Pacific Telecommunications Council and the National Islamic Consultative Council of Malaysia. He has a passion for bringing together the best minds possible to shape the best Malaysia possible.

Keilliey brings with her more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked in Multi-National Companies (MNCs), Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), international and local companies in various industries, mostly in Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), Retail and Travel industries.

She headed the People Operations, Human Resource, Corporate Resources and Office Facilities Management functions in her last few roles, and also has extensive experience in start-up roles where she has assisted at least four multinationals and international companies in their new start-ups, by restructuring teams and re-engineering internal control processes.

Dr. Julia obtained her PhD in History of International Relations and Foreign Policy from the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She also holds an MA degree from the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization (ISTAC), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and a law degree from the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, Moscow.

Having collected various kinds of experience working for NGOs and academic institutions, she acquired a taste for genuine, meaningful, win-win oriented engagements. Her research interests include politics of the Muslim world, characteristics of effective international associations, and human capital development. She believes with the right attitude Malaysia can play an exemplary role not only in the region, but the world over.

Dayang Shuzaidah Shuailly Abduludin

Dayang obtained her Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the International Islamic University Malaysia and holds a Bachelors Degree in Cognitive Science from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.

Her research interests include the study of human behavior and attributes, education and social studies.

Having background in research, academia and management, Dayang hopes to be of benefit and contribute more to society and Malaysia as a whole.
