Dr. Rais has over 26 years of experience launching and expanding large, complex and ultimately successful enterprise initiatives and international programs across a broad range of technical enterprises in for-profit and non-profit environments, that includes but not limited to, Telekom Malaysia, MCI WorldCom Malaysia, Teleglobe Canada, Axis Technologies and Goldnet Resources.
A noted thought leader in Malaysia, Dr. Rais is a highly sought-after Writer/Columnist and Conference Presenter. He has a passion for bringing together the best possible resources and talents in pursuit of a prosperous, just and dynamic Malaysia.
Perhaps most notably, Dr. Rais was responsible for overseeing the preparation of the first election manifesto to ever trigger a change of government in Malaysia.
He received his Bachelors in Economics (Hons), Masters in Management and Doctorate in Business Administration from the International Islamic University of Malaysia, and has participated in Harvard Business School Executive Education Program.

Acting President and Chief Executive OfficerDr. Margarita has close to 10 years of experience in conducting both quantitative and descriptive- interpretative fieldwork studies, especially in the areas of socio-economic and industry-related research. Her scholarly research works have been published in prestigious and globally accredited academic journals too.
She is a perennial high achiever, with a stellar background in software engineering from the elite Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhi), combining multidisciplinary instructions in natural sciences, economics and finance, not excluding a specialization of the Islamic variety.
She further advanced her academic qualifications with Master of Business Administration (Finance) and Doctor of Business Administration, both of which were acquired at the International Islamic University of Malaysia. Dr. Margarita earned these impeccable credentials with double distinctions. She has also completed Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford and Data Science courses by Harvard University.
Keilliey Wong
Chief People OfficerKeilliey brings with her more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked in Multi-National Companies (MNCs), Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), international and local companies in various industries, mostly in Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), Retail and Travel industries.
She headed the People Operations, Human Resource, Corporate Resources and Office Facilities Management functions in her last few roles, and also has extensive experience in start-up roles where she has assisted at least four multinationals and international companies in their new start-ups, by restructuring teams and re-engineering internal control processes.
